Pre-RP

His father was high-ranking in GUN, and he admired him very much, he grew up admiring him, and lather joined GUN and started to work his way up. Likes Sally quite a bit. Went undercover, assuming the identity of "French Chef" to find favour with the Chao Mafia and see what they're up to, and also to catch the elusive Fang, and investigate Cream and Cheese.
