Anything that gets in the way of his plans, especially senseless destruction and killing. He also tends to have a low tolerance for betrayal. Personality

Terribly avid for power, his highest goal is to conquer the Earth by nearly any means necessary. His ego is extremely large, and he doesn't make any attempts to hide it, constantly proclaiming himself to be the greatest scientific genius in the entirety of the world. Not only is he incredibly intelligent, confident, and filled with leadership qualities, but he is also incredibly clever, and great at deceiving people, making him a formidable adversary. In spite of this, however, he does have a more childish, fun-loving side... His earlier robots even took bright and colorful, animal-inspired forms. In addition, he has a large respect for Sonic, and in spite of their rivalry, would probably hate to actually see the hedgehog go (although he can forget this in the heat of battle).

IQ of 300. Apparently can run EXTREMELY fast in a pinch, though he prefers to use vehicles instead.

A mechanical genius that can build anything he could imagine.

He can't use the Emeralds himself, but he can build machines that are powered by them.

Pre-RP

In childhood, the young Ivo Robotnik looked up to his grandfather, Professor Gerald, and thought him a great man, who had done his best to help mankind and was unfairly executed. From this, the young Robotnik likely viewed the government as corrupt, and in any case, decided to follow in his grandfather's footsteps to become a scientist. But somewhere along the line, he became obsessed with the idea of a world under his rule, and using his unmatched mechanical genius, began his plans. Long before the first Sonic game, Eggman met the hedgehog, and the two became instant rivals. Over the years he created several deadly creations, and, realizing the hedgehog's determination was as fierce as his own in overcoming them, gained a respect for his adversary. When he accidentally found his grandfather's diary, he was led on an adventure that would show him that his grandfather was perhaps not as innocent as he had thought. Recently, his plans have been increasingly hindered by outside forces, but this has given him chances to show his hatred of things that would threaten the entire human race, and consequently threaten his plans.
