Personality

Black Hayate might seem something like a show-off and a glory hog who takes his job much too seriously; however, it's his one true ambition to make the cities safe for everyone, which only his closest of friends can realize. Because of this, those close to Hayate are extremely loyal to him, a sentiment which he returns. Though he's outwardly arrogant and manipulative, he has a good sense of humor, and really is looking out for the best.

 

Abilities

Physical

Extremely keen eyesight, good reflexes. He has a set of bullets loaded with napalm that create flaming explosions on contact.

 

Learned

An excellent marksman; can easily target areas of an enemy's body to immobilize, incapacitate, or kill with stunning accuracy. It's form this he gained the nickname "Hawkeye".

 

Chaos/Sol

Chaos Flame - Hayate snaps his fingers, resulting in an explosion in any place of his choosing within 150 feet.

 

Weaknesses

No special abilities besides his accuracy; it's said he'd do just about anything to get an increase in rank.

 

History

Pre-RP

Hayate Black always had aspirations to join the police force, like his father before him; this resolve was carried even further as his father was killed in the line of duty. He made it his personal goal to carry on his father's legacy, becoming the greatest police officer he could. He quickly ascended the ranks, performing very well in the academy and getting promoted to Sargent surprisingly soon after becoming an officer. He soon became oddly famous throughout the police force, becoming known as "Hawkeye" Black Hayate.

 

Post RP

Hayate recently requested Cybil Besteffort to be transferred to the Central City Police Department to work closely with him; he claims that this is because she's a good officer, but he may have an ulterior motive. His first mission in the RP was to detain a combat robot, Heat, though he couldn't bring the robot down before it made its escape. He took a picture of it with his cell phone and sent it off to Mace Hughes for further investigation.
