Alignment: Neutral Type: Fortitude (Ojisan has so few strengths that his "type" is difficult to see. However, given that he's still alive in spite of his terrible flying, he may be fortitudinous.) Team: n/a Height: Average Build: Bulky Residence: Central City Occupation: Messenger for the president. Likes: Really fond of the color blue, and wears it for almost all of his clothing. He likes to lounge around in peace, and enjoys the nighttime a lot. He tries to keep up with current fashions and trends, and while he'll listen to new music occasionally, he still mostly likes his favorite folk songs. Dislikes: His forgetfulness can be entirely annoying, especially when he misplaces something he needs. Though not extraordinarily irked by the daytime, he prefers night to it, and seems to function better then. He has an aversion to sour foods. Personality

At first glance, Ojisan seems to be a crazy old man. This is probably at least partially true. He seems to mistake people (and even inanimate objects!) for other people. This however might not be due to senility, but his terrible vision, which his glasses do little to correct. In spite of this, he is able to retain information about people he's met before, though he has difficulty remembering information he's given... which makes his position as a messenger possibly not the best fit.

 

Ojisan likes to relax and indulge in his whims, above all else. Though this might make him sound irresponsible, he is actually quite diligent... he just happens to make the most of his jobs that he can. Think a guy who, while on an all expenses paid business trip, performs his job to the best of his ability, then orders a huge dinner and abuses the snack bar at the hotel. Yeah.

 

Abilities

Physical

His wings are dextrous enough to play the violin. In addition, he has a great ability to store information. Surprisingly sturdy old bird.

 

Learned

Able to pilot a flying machine, but is prone to crashes and accidents. And he can sing. Able to swim for maybe a few minutes, but after that he'll sink.

Weaknesses

Entirely senile, a terrible pilot, and likely not too good in a physical cofrontation. His eyesight is terrible, even with the aid of glasses. Though he's good at storing memory, it takes him a significant amount of time to retrieve it. As an owl, one would think he could fly, but he seems to be too heavy.

 

History

Pre-RP

Ojisan lived most of his early life in obscurity. He was the top of his class all throughout his schooling career, but spent most of his time goofing off, and didn't really have a clear direction in life. One day, shortly after graduating, he entered a vehicle race that was being held in his hometown, and thus began a new career, quickly becoming one of the most respected racers of his day.

 

As he grew old, Ojisan's eyesight began to deteriorate, and after a terrible crash (which he miraculously survived nearly unscathed), Ojisan decided to resign. He sought a career in the government, eventually becoming the personal messenger of the president of the United Federation. As he grew older, his mental agility slowed, but he still retained much of his intelligence... just significantly harder to access.
