Alignment: It gives advice to terrorists who want to take over the world, then gives advice to heroes who want to stop him. While this logically sounds like "neutral", I'm leaning more toward "totally insane".

Personality
Generally tries to be helpful, but its advice can be extremely obvious. In addition, its voice has been known to grate on peoples' nerves. It is also rather sensitive, and easily gets its feelings hurt, but in spite of this, it never gives up! ...which could be a good or bad thing.

Feelings are hurt very easily. Also, in spite of its resilience, it would be nearly useless in a fight, unless IT was used as a weapon.
History
Pre-RP
There's not much to be said, or at least not much known. It seems that
Eggman may have created it, but then why would it help heroes? It's possible that Omochao was a defective robot that was supposed to be a machine to retain personal reminders, but it couldn't tell the difference between Eggman and anyone else, and so began telling everyone whatever it knew.
...or it could just be a random Chao robot with a mysterious past.

Misc. Info
Omochao is a robotic chao and also happens to be the spawn of Satan, making him Deeb Rec's little brother in a sense. Inbetween feeding on the souls of slaughtered innocents he enjoys playing the part of announcer and general annoyance in the Sonic games.
