Bartleby is awesome, and he knows it. He is very charming, very eloquent, and smooth-talking. He is very intelligent, and also full of himself. He acts posh, and all the whole, as a good person, only somewhat spoiled. He acts pretty much like an average (harmless) millionaire playboy. However, at the core, he is 3vil, and has his evil plans. He has very little tolerance for failure. Also, speaks with a (sexy) british accent

Physical

Deceptively fast and strong. Flexible and limber.

Knows many forms of martial arts, battle tactics, politics etc. Is extremely knowledgeable about... everything

None. But he would have many uses for a Chaos Emerald, oh indeed

He is pretty much a normal person in terms of power and such. Nothing extraordinary. Very arrogant.

 

History

Pre-RP

Bartleby was born rich. Raised rich. Was basically a spoilt little brat. His father, however, was an alcoholic and died of alcohol poisoning. His mother tried to raise him normally, and would be upset when he acted spoiled. So he started pretending to be good around her. And got quite good at pretending. She was murdered while helping out at a charity event. Bartleby, needless to say. Was angry. He plotted to get back - but did so intelligently. He began to seek the ruthless, the skilled, etc... and employed them in his elaborate revenge. Some failed him. Some tried to cross him. He had those people killed. The rest he employed, and from that point, started to develop some plans. And created the "Underground", a syndicate/large crime ring. It actually consists of several crime rings, big ones as well, and he's at the top of the chain. Few people know this. There was one family in particular who were in his good graces. And then they refused to pay back the debt. Only one survived. Bartlebly is aware that Bunnie is alive, but it does not interest him. So, to the public eye, he is now a billionaire playboy, harmless but loveable - and then the side of him very few people see and know. He has an uneasy alliance with Dr. Finitevus. More about his plans will be revealed in time
